- - Plan and execute project within the given timeframe and costs
- Manage the Project team in developing project control systems for inclusion in a project execution Plan.
- To monitor the project in line with those programs and approved budget.
- Conduct project briefing and coordinate with site project teams and overall site operation and activities.
- Liaise with other subcontractor on site coordination and technical issues.
- Establish the project schedule for operations.
- Ensure site parameters are correct accordingly to client's requirement and specification.
- Prepare daily sites reports and modus of operations.
- Check drawing discrepancy and liaise with consultant to solve technical issues.
- Prepare information to QS department to prepare progressive claims and VO.
- Verification and endorsement of subcontractor’s claims.
- Mentors and guides workers and subcontractor toward their overall product quality.
- Work independently and attend meetings with client and consultants. - Requirements :
- -Possess strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong management, leadership and resourceful skills, mature, self-motivated, analytical, independent, initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Good time management.
- Computer literate and excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- At least 4 years of experience - Lowest Qualification :
