- Supports engineering projects and various departments.
Ensure electronic copies of all technical drawings, reports and related information in an orderly manner, in line with policies and
procedures.
Liaise with relevant engineers on the documentation issues (e.g. discrepancy of the documents).
Allocates and controls the document numbering system for the project work.
Ensures all electronic and hard copy filling is accurate and is easily retrievable.
Weekly review meetings with Engineering department on Engineering Change Request to analyze data to identify engineering
performance.
Monthly review meetings with Engineering department on Engineering Change Order.
Prepare technical specification for commercial/fabrication parts for external parties.
Responds in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from
project/department personnel.
Liaise with cross functions departments for documentation retrievable under ISO9001 Quality Management System.
Maintain cleanliness of the engineering documentation or storeroom.
Ensure engineers upkeep tidiness in working area so that it meets company’s 5S requirement.
- Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration, Information.
Preferable 4 Year(s) experience in handling Document Controller or manufacturing environment.
Understanding of Engineering BOM structure will be added advantage.
Good knowledge in Microsoft offices such as Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
Good command of English is a must. Able to read, write and speak (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia) - Lowest Qualification :
