Description :: Responsible to monitor the QC incoming, inprocess and final inspection activities.
Responsible for handling of customer complaint.
Responsible for developing standard inspection criteria and methodology for products.
Ensuring quality improvement of automotive parts
Perform analysis on production rejection rate.
Conduct QC improvement program for continual improvement.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements :: Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in technical field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Experience in handling of incoming, inprocess and final inspection.
Possess working experience in automotive/rubber and metal parts manufacturing industry is an advantage
Good analytical and problemsolving ability. Able to multitask and work independently.
Have knowledge of Rheometer and tensile test machines
Ability to check and verify parts against CAD drawings
At least more than 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to work in KAWASAN PERINDUSTRIAN TAMBAK JAWA, MUKIM JERAM, SELANGOR.
