Description :: - Comprehend and translate the requirement or specification given by the project requestors into project requirement.
- Drives the projects internally using project planning tools (Concerto) with all concerned departments.
- Preparation, planning and coordination of project tasks to ensure compliance with its requirements, schedule and cost.
- Demonstrate strong leadership to the team consisting of Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Ensure complete verification and customer validation of the product, with the proper hand-over to the operation and field service team including all necessary documentations and training.
- Communication of project related information to other departments.
- Any tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements :: '- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Experienced in different statistics and quality tools (DFMEA, DOE, and risk assessment).
- Experienced in automation with strong understanding of mechatronics and electro-pneumatic applications.
- Experienced in working effectively with a team.
- Strong knowledge on semiconductor equipment process.
- Strong commitment to learning, development and continuous improvement.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly convey information and ideas.
- Diplomatic, patience and good listening skills.
- Creative, innovative, out of the box problem solving.
- Willing to travel for about 30% of the time to supplier or customer (local/oversea).
