- - Define process problems that lead to problems or qualities issues, evaluate root cause.
- Implement solution to stabilize processes and evaluates results.
- To lead project teams in the development, verification, validation and submission of products.
- Coordinate and follow-up customer complaints and interact with customer (if necessary) for counter measures or improvement activities.
- Liaise with other department to determine, analyze, report and recommend corrective/preventive action.
- Provide technical support for the production. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of basic QC tools and SPC.
- Knowledge of computer software, ISO9001/ISO14001 requirements and problem solving techniques.
- Able to sell his idea on the above mentioned industrial setup activities, a good collaboration and understanding of the total operation is necessary together with clear ideas, innovative character, ability to work with others in a team, receptive of ideas
- Self-motivated, action-oriented and result-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good product knowledge on the operation of the factory
