Description :: '- Sourcing , order processing and coordinating with internal and external parties with regards to local purchases.
- Coordinate cost savings programmes, supplier qualifications, and interface with planning and warehouse department
- Buying an array of different goods and services and ensuring the best products/services are acquired at a competitive price.
- Coordinate with relevant internal department in ensuring full compliance with reporting requirement.
- Supplier evaluation and assessment in accordance with ISO requirement.
- Responsible for all commercial aspects and procurement process within the company particular in Seelong factory.
- Participates in project as project core team member to exert a shaping influence at an early stage and to optimize internal workflows and processes.
- Establish proper procurement & sourcing processes & synchronize the policies and requirement with the relevant corporate requirement, process and policies in Seelong factory.
Requirements :: '- At least Degree holders or equivalent and have minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement particularly in manufacturing industry.
- Good command in English and B. Malaysia (oral and written). Chinese language is a plus.
- Computer literate (Excel / Words).
- Possess own transport and able to travel moderately to visit suppliers and local authorities.
- A good negotiator, independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
- Disciplined individual and work independently
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
