Description :: • Support installation & qualification at customer site.
• Act as permanent 1st and 2nd SW level support until product stable (filter function between customer and ISMECA).
• Conduct know-how transfer to Application and Deployment team.
• For D&D/R&D projects assigned, conduct analysis, feasibility, development, internal/external qualification tests and know-how transfer to other SW teams.
• Any tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements :: • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Strong background in C++, C
• Able to absorb complex software architecture
• Excellent technical communication skills
• Excellent English skills
• Willing to be based in Penang
