Description :: - Support the communication manager in managing and executive Royal Selangor's public relations activities in Malaysia and across the various markets.
- Main Liasion for PR Agency in Malaysia to drive and achieve public relations targets.
- Manage the advertising schedule and prepare all required advertising material
- Working with the Design Team in the preparation of press releases, photography and communications collateral for all three brands
- Disseminate press release and information for Comyns and Selberan in Malaysia to achieve public relations targets.
- Support the various departments in Royal Selangor by providing requested marketing and communication collateral
Requirements :: - Ensure the A&P budget is accurately updated monthly
- Track and compile all publicity for Royal Selangor, Comyns and Selberan including compiling PR number form the international markets.
- Preparation of quarterly communications and budget reports.
- Preparing the necessary documents and job requisitions when required.
- Monitor and manage Point-Of-Sales inventory/ stock
