Description :: - To work in close collaboration with other departments to ensure machine deliver with quality and within defined lead time.
 To work in close collaboration with Engineering Department with regards to technical know-how transfer of new product and technology.
 To work in close collaboration with Tech Support team with regard to technical escalation, challenges and knowledge sharing.
 To work in close collaboration with DnD team with regards to project/module qualification
 Characterize the design/system to define the capability, limitations and improvement options.
 Perform assembly, feasibility studies, validations and prototyping.
 Generate the reports with measureable characteristics about the design/system including necessary documents for the system operation, maintenance and training.
 Participate in the design review, DFMEA, risk and safety assessment and design/system qualifications.
 Provide customer visits to solve technical problems.
 Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs
Requirements :: - Masters Degree in Engineering related fields (computer science, electronics, mechanical)
 5 years industrial experience in relevant fields
 Enthusiasm and ability to communicate well in English
 Interact with a diverse group of individuals and sites is required
 With continuous improvement mind-set
 Sharp problem solving skills and self-motivated
 Hardworking and able to handle projects under high pressure
 Experienced in FMEA, DOE and risk assessment, with strong understanding of different quality-management tools and methods.
 Strong understanding of electrical and pneumatic components and diagrams.
 Able to produce professional technical reports with reliable solutions.
 Creative, innovative, out of the box problem solving.
 Good statistical and technical writing abilities.
 A strong team player
 Willingness to undergo practical training of 3-6 months in Switzerland and Germany
 Moderate traveling will be required > 30%
