- Salary : MYR 2000 - 5000 Five-days work week
- Undertake new project.
- Design of stencil & jigs/tools.
- Design & control of PCBA/Box build process.
- Initiate improvement program for Engineering Department.
- Coordinate for new lines set up and process change.
- Perform failure analysis & implement improvement plan.
- Prepare process related documents (NPI reports, work instruction, process flow, PFMEA, control plan, DFM & etc).
- Selection and qualification of new indirect or sub -material required for manufacturing of product.
- Key person for product prototype run and drive for improvement before mass production build.
- Driver for product's yield and quality improvement activities.
- Exceed performance goals set for safety, equipment uptime, cost, productivity, quality and yield in a LVHM and/or HVM environment through detailed engineering analysis.
- Process improvement & line balancing for new and existing products. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with SMT(BGA, CSP, Flip Chip, PoP, 0603/01005 assembly, corresponding rework process & underfill) process,manual insert, auto insert and wave soldering process.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literature. Familiar with gerber viewing software,3D Solid Works,Pro-E will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with box build & COB process will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team work.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
