Description :: • To handle Customer quality feedback and interact with customer on quality issues
• To lead the team in the customer quality meeting and provide the analysis result and solution
• To manage and track the customer return processes and the ability to respond and resolve the issues immediately.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an electronics manufacturing QA / Engineering
• Able to work with all levels of people with good written in English and communication skills
• Knowledge in manufacturing process and quality control such as SPC, 8D problem solving
• Required language(s): English. Chinese speaking candidates will be additional advantage
• Self motivator and able to work with minimal supervision.
