1. Actively participate and follow all the safety rules & regulations.

6. In case of trouble occurred on production facility, find out failure factor and carry out checking, repair & adjustment and investigate the root cause, take a preventive counter measure for it.
7. Actively involved in other ad hoc project that might be assigned by management and undertake other necessary functions as determine from time to time by the superior.
8. Must have a knowledge of man power (necessary number, price) and spare parts, based on practical experience.
9. Implementing factory energy consumption survey, and carry out energy saving activity.
10. Have ability to make out Specification for Quotation, and evaluate the quotation.
11. Managing Stock control of spare parts & tools, if the needs arise, prepare for report stock.
12. Manage the record & report of checking activity (daily/periodically), trouble shooting and improvement activity.
13.Establish and manage document and training to maintain the best product quality and with high productivity.
14. Responsible, punctual and independent personality.

ISO/QMS
1. Receive and register all kind of provided document for detail engineering or construction/production engineering project, including in-house generated document.
2. Maintain specifically assigned project database.
3. Perform document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.
4. To request the asset(replace, register, retirement)

Duties
1. Repair & maintenance of all facility and equipment related Mechanical and Electrical (both heavy & light electric) in all factory area.
2. Implementing periodical check of production facility to maintain stable production.
3. Implementing planning maintenance of production facility to maintain stable production.
4. Implementing improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.
5. Implementing checking & calibration of measurement equipment of production facility.
6. Implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintain stable operation
7. Carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
8. Person who have knowledge about the requirement for installing new machine in the factory including knowledge in DOE and DOSH.Able to support for registration and application(act as a window person)
9. Manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production facility.
10. Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition
Requirements :: Necessary skill
1. Should have basic knowledge of Electric/Mechanical (Prefer practical experience, or who finished Mechatronic Engineering study).
2. Obtain basic handling skill of FA related instruments (Robot / servomotor / sensor / touch panel, etc.) and carry out checking,adjustment and improve activity.
3. Have basic knowledge of both air & hydraulic pressure machine. (Lubrication/Grease). And have ability of skill of create drawing.
4. Have practical/hand on in maintenance experience of air pressure & hydraulic pressure.
5. Well understand about structure of compressor and air-conditioning.
6. Baseline design skill (Auto CAD) of ducting, piping, electrical and parts. Then implement it into actual production line with own effort or assist by vendor to do construction job. Also, have some connection to reliable company who are able to handle these work (knowledge about nearby vendor).
7. Able to read mechanical drawings and electronic schematics to ensure product specification and tolerances are met
8. Assist on design jig to improve production efficiency output.
9. Have control skill of relay sequence(relay / electromagnetic switch /timer / semicon relay)
10. Obtain knowledge & skill of the facility maintenance, and handle the trouble situation

Experience / Education Skill
1. Candidate must possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or any engineering field related to Maintenance & Electrical from recognize College or University.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Electrical and Maintenance.Then more than 3 years of working experiences in KMY and nomination by Manager.
3. Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English. Japanese language is an advantage.
4. Good ISO knowledgeable preferred.
5.excellent knowledge in 8d analysis
6. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
7. Required skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
8. For MS Excel, able use advanced formula, filtering function and sorting.
9. Have skill of Auto CAD
10. Ability to read and explain Mechanical or electrical schematic diagrams.
11. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.
12. Advance ability to use mechanical and electrical measuring equipment (ex. micrometers, calipers, ohm meter).

Kayaku Safety Systems Malaysia Sdn. Bhd (referred to as “KMY”) is a newly set up company in Malaysia for manufacturing and sales of automotive safety devices as a subsidiary of the Nippon Kayaku Co. Ltd. in Japan which was founded in 1916. From the fusion of pyrotechnics, dyestuffs, pharmaceuticals and other line chemical technologies, Nippon Kayaku has rapidly pioneered numerous new fields of technology.

KMY is located at Sendayan TechValley (nearby Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan) and will mainly focus on manufacturing airbag inflators which are key component that generates gas pressure to inflate an airbag instantly, Micro Gas Generators (MGG) for seatbelt pretensioner and also Squibs which are small ignition devices built into inflators and MGG.
