Description :: •Maintain smooth functioning of all machinery in respective sections in order to achieve target machine efficiency, uptime & utilization.
•To lead the team to achieve section target.
•Establish & monitor the stock level of various machine spare parts in order to minimize machine downtime.
•Preventive maintenance & TPM to prevent machine breakdown.
•Machine troubleshooting; Daily machine utilization & performance.
•FMEA to predict potential machines failure.
•To train and upgrade subordinates skills.
•Responsible for 8D - customer complaints management.
•Internal and external Audit compliance
•Maintenance management (Review and update Equipment spec , tooling buyoff and implementation methodology)
•Hands–on experience on test equipment trouble shooting is preferable.
•Knowledge on EOL or FOL equipment will be an added advantage.
Requirements :: Experience :
•Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Semiconductor Industry.
•Fresh graduates with necessary skills are encouraged to apply.

Education :
•Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

•TPM, FMEA, 8D & SAP knowledge
•Leadership, training & organizing skills
•Machine servicing skills
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
