Description :: -Implement and support system/database/network monitoring infrastructure on production and pre-production servers.
-Perform system/database/network monitoring agent installation and monitoring rules configuration
-Work with testing team to perform Operation and User --Acceptance Test (OAT) for all monitoring rules configured.
-First or Second Level escalation for technical related Daily Operations.
-Manage and support the upgrade on new system, deployment and maintain smooth system operations.
-Prepare reports requested by support teams.
-Willing to work on shift rotations Job.
Requirements :: -Diploma/ Degree holder in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related disciplines.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to applied
-Experience in tools used for system and database management system (e.g. CA NSM, CA SDM, Netgain, SCOM, NagiosXI, BMC Patrol, IBM Remedy & HP NNMi) will be an added advantage.
-Experience in database (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, Sybase) will be an added advantage.
-Good understanding and with passion to learn broad knowledge on IT infrastructure management, network, operation systems and databases.
-Good problem solving skills, background analytics, a team attitude and focus on excellent customer service/support.
-Driven and able to multi-task, strong time management skills and strong team player.
-Required Language(s): English
