- •To ensure Company Quality Management system in place & compliance with ISO 9001 & 14001.
•Continuously improvement of quality systems to ensure overall customer satisfaction
•Process study to initiate improvement programs .
•To responsive to customer quality complaints, follow up, coordinate to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
•To ensure closure of all processes & product non-conformities detected in non-conformance report.
•Perform risk assessment analysis on customer quality issues to prevent field return and major business impact.
•To convene ad-hoc meeting on issues related to product quality (Internal & External) for effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Requirements :
- •Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Plastic or Rubber manufacturing environment.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Good Quality Systems knowledge and Quality Assurance functions.
•Familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 knowledge and its implementation.
•Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
•Dynamic personality and ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
