Description :: - Be the primary driver in the formulation and documentation of written company policies and procedures consistent with the guidelines of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, BRC and SA8000
- Keeps updated on the latest and future regulatory requirements
- Stay abreast of changes which impact compliance, work with product development teams to ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
- Serves as technical support expert for external regulatory systems audits and customer audits
- Develops audit plans and performs departmental and vendor audit functions
- Develops risk based audit planning
- Manages audit reports and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans
- Leads, tracks and ensures resolution of audit findings
- Manages and ensures customer complaints are processed in accordance with company guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by facilitating, leading, and collaborating with cross functional teams
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of progressive QA working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working experience in ISO9001, ISO 14000, OSHAS 18000, BRC and SA8000
- Possess working exposure in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and - Bahasa Malaysia are required
- Good working knowledge of SPC, statistical methods and techniques, FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
- Applicants must be willing to work in Rembau
