Description :: - Planning and organising all maintenance activities to ensure that the plant and equipment are in
excellent condition
- To ensure that maintenance activities are responsive to the long term needs of the production
operations and develop required programmes for optimum performance of equipment
- Responsible for developing, planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance activities whilst
ensuring that established plans, procedures and schedules are adhered to strictly
- Set up and execute Preventive and Predictive maintenance
- To manage and coordinate the day to day maintenance activities and work on priorities set by the
operational departments
- Responsible for effective utilization and distribution of all maintenance personnel for efficient operation
for all maintenance work for the entire factory
- Identify and implement improvement maintenance in order to prolong the life span of equipment
- To ensure maintenance costs are within budget and drive to reduce repair and reduce maintenance
expenditure
Requirements :: - Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 35 years managerial experience in facilities/maintenance/operations management
- Possess good handsin skills and in depth mechanical maintenance knowledge is a must
- Must be able to work under tough and fast paced environment
Quality oriented, strong problem solving and decision making capability
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Report writing skill is expected of this role
- Applicants must be willing to work in REMBAU.
