· Conducting side by side call monitoring according to CSE’s call quality performance.
· Conducting training and briefing session for new CSE and existing CSE on modules related to
quality.
· Create new and manage the Standard Opera Center. The SOP is created to ensure everyone in
call center adheres to the same process and providing good customer service. - Requirements :
- - Degree in Chemistry/Food Science & - Technology/Biochemistry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry or palm oil refinery is an added advantage
- Experience in HACCP and GMP is an advantage
- Proficient in verbal and written English

Description
