Requirements :: - Leads as a leader in managing the whole coating and fabrication department
- Supervises the fabricatin and coating operation on daily basis.
- Manages the maintemance activity, ensures 5S are being carried out, abide every safety rules in the production floor
- Perform preventive measuremet within the department and able to look out the whole production floor
- Ensure the production schedule is being carried out effectively
- Able to lead the team for better performance in quality and delivery time
- Ensures the work schedule is being prepared and carried out accordingly
- Works along with relevant department for any training needed for the production team at all time.
-Able to lead the team to work in a harmonious working environment.
