Description :: • To plan, organize, implement and monitor the assigned project
• To ensure that project(s) is being executed in accordance with the contractual and Quality Management System requirements including quality, time and cost
• To responsible for the site activities is running according to schedule
• To attend consultant meetings and site meetings
• To lead the site team/consultants in completing the project on schedule and budget
• To liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, contractors and other professional in ensuring the smooth running of project
• To assist the company in liaising with the local authorities on submissions and approvals when required
• To prepare and submit fortnightly and monthly project reports to Managing Director for perusal
• Other tasks which assigned by Immediate Superior
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5 year(s) of managerial working experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Applicant must be able to work independently and able to communicate well
• Applicant with high rise building experience is MUST
