Description :: • Responsible for the all management of project and its operation.
• Drive continuous improvement program with lean manufacturing operations.
• Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the projects.
• Ensure that the department conforms to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO/TS 16949 requirements.
Requirements :: • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualiﬁcation.
• Effective communication skills , leadership qualities and able to manage a team of engineers.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• At least 5 years experience in Engineering/Program/Project Management for plastic industry.
• Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player.
