Description :: - Production –planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules.
- Making sure each operation meets delivery dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculation to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirements.
- Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Preparing production reports.
- May also prepare purchase requisition to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepares defined work packages, including detailed instructions, drawings, bills of material, references, inspection requirements, etc., to initiate and control production work.
- Monitors, analyzes and reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.
- Ensures all parties are fully cognizant of production status, so that the work planning and execution objectives are integrated & communicated.
- Coordinates and expedites the placement of purchase order and/or delivery of material.
- Resolved problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities.
Requirements :: - Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years related experience in Precast Concrete planning.
- Candidates with site experience will also be considered.
- Independent and able to meet deadlines.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
