Description :: Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to manage the production function, maintenance, test engineering and process engineering functions in order to achieve KPI and target set by Management.
2. Establish production priorities in keeping effective operation, product quality, cost factors, product specification and customer requirements.
3. To ensure smooth Production planning, Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling and Delivery.
4. Responsible to support and participate all aspects of software development / modification / optimization for SMT LED testing process.
5. Provide engineering and technical support for new process and new product introduction.
6. To handle every customer enquiry and audits.
7. To motivate, build and integrate the team.
8. Enforces discipline at all levels and maintain good plant housekeeping or 5S.
9. Knowledge on Gemba will be advantage.
10. Responsibilities for implementing continuous improvement program through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Kaizen techniques.
Requirements :: Requirement :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor ‘s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
3. Dynamic, committed, resourceful and energetic individual with initiative and strong people managing skill.
