- 1. Ensure the team comply with grooming standards and adhere to Environment Health and Safety requirements in respect of uniforms and safety work practices as well as

2. Conduct daily inspection to ensure that the staffs adhere to System 8 and that the wards conform to contractual standards.
3. Monitor and evaluate Housekeepers’ performance through attendance, daily inspections and patient feedback.
