Description :: 1. Analyse, prepare & draft legal opinions or comments on any contractual matters, legal issues & activities undertaken by KEV taking into consideration safeguarding KEV’s interest.
2. Collect, collate and compile documents & status and prepare updates on legal claims
against KEV or legal action by KEV against other entities to support KEV business
strategies.
3. Collect and collate input on special projects undertaken by KEV and prepare, draft
and update special Projects undertaken by KEV to be in accordance with KEV’s requirements & best practices
4. Collect and collate inputs on Regulatory Issues involving KEV to ensure that they are
in accordance with relevant Statutory requirements, Company’s Policies and
Guidelines Conduct assessment and prepare input on KEV legal requirement to be in line with Company’s Policies and Guidelines
5. Monitor unit’s performance in the implementation of unit’s strategic plans.
6. Manage and attend all support service functions relating to human resource
(manpower and training & development), finance (budgeting), procurement, quality and safety activities (ISO, 5S, SEMS, OHSAS), customers and stakeholders effectively to ensure good implementation and proper management all the time.
7. Execute and coordinate OSHE implementation in compliance of OSHE Legal and
other requirement.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
2. No working experience is required after the required qualification
3. Must have good communication skills (oral & written), negotiation skills, possess
knowledge on contractual & legal principle
