- -Lead a team of Engineering Technicians to achieve the business objectives of plant management.
-Achieve overall In-Process Molding Quality Target as set by Management.
-Ensure that all aspects of an operation or process meet written procedures and specified regulations.
-Optimize molding cycle time, Parameter setting and Operation Standard.
-Troubleshoot molding problems and establish permanent solutions to improve on processes and production yield.
-Participate in cross functional activities for new projects as well as to coordinate on project transfer.
-Assume responsibility for monitoring and ongoing performance of the processes.
-Coordinate with support department such as Quality Assurance.
-Execute process validations, analyse and troubleshoot.
-Write procedure and work instruction
-Develop process parameters for new products
-Responsible for the development and training of Engineering Technicians and Process Engineer
-Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for moulds and machines - Requirements :
