Description :: -Responsible in all matters related to the compliance of related legislative regulation, practices and policy related to OSH, environment and other requirements
-Liaise with external parties such as SPAD, DOSH, DOE or other related parties pertaining HSE matters to ensure compliance to related HSE regulations
-Coordinate in planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring all related tasks to HSE proving a workplace that is safe and healthy for employees, contractors and others
-Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining HSE programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
-Coordinate investigation on any incident and propose and monitor the corrective or preventive action, analyse safety & health performance date and conduct analysis for continual improvement
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Certificates / Diploma in Safety and Health
-Have valid Registered Safety & Health Supervisor with DOSH (Green Book)
-Minimum 5 years related experience in the construction industry
-Must be assertive and also able to guide and motivate all site personnel to be totally supportive with the Company's Safety Plan
-Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
