Description :: - Repair all wooden equipment, furniture, electrical, masonry, fire protection and related fittings throughout the function room, banquet stores and banquet office, guest room and within the hotel.
- Repair and make good tables, chairs, sofas, stools, trolleys, lazy susans, mirrors,
banquet tables and other works necessary.
- Repair or renew pelments, rails, racks, cupboards and closets.
- Make or repair partitions, doors, windows, signboards, bulletin boards, boxes and other related works.
- To paint, varnish, spray, all woodwork, walls and metals work for the hotel.
- Construct cupboards, shelves and other furniture together with fittings as required by the hotel.
- Repair or change door stopper, closets, hooks, hinges, locks and rubber linings,
curtain rails clotheslines and towel racks.
- Repair and renew ceiling tiles throughout the hotel.
- Repair or renew wallpaper throughout the hotel.
- Making of decorations and models for functions and festivals.
- Fixing backdrops and staging.
- To fabricate metal works for shelves, trolley, chairs and other related works.
- To repair fire-protection system including fire extinguishers.
- To overhaul swimming pool pump including back wash pool and chemical readings.
- To repair hotel’s vehicles.
Requirements :: Responsible For :
Responsible for the prompt and efficient maintenance work for the hotel as to ensure smooth hotel operations with minimum interruption.

Scope of Work :
To repair and provide maintenance of electrical, mechanical rotary and static equipment, also piping, hydraulic, pneumatic, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, building works and all
property repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities :
You will be expected to provide general repair and maintenance work. You will also follow up and reports to the management any preventive maintenance required and ensures all assignments given are appropriately attended. You will be required to work overtime and shall be available to be on call duty whenever you are required for emergency situation.
