Description :
-Lead, direct and control all activities relating to procurement and administration of all contracts which includes pre tender and tender exercises, project implementation, post contract and Final -Account of completed projects.
-To evaluate and improve the Procurement procedure and contract documentation
-Responsible for all aspects related to technical and contractual matters for all assigned projects. This is including pre tender and tender exercise, post contract and final account.
-Verify all appointment of sub – contractors and evaluate their capability prior to the appointment.
-To make sure all contract management/documentation is in accordance to the company’s standard operating procedure and to secure management’s approval.
-Ensuring projects are implemented and completed on time within approved budget, acceptable quality of product with minimum defects from assigned projects and cost saving for projects. 
Requirements :
-B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/ Construction.
-Minimum 15 years of prime contract administration and management supporting large construction and infrastructure projects. At least 5 years working in similar capacity.
-Have a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.
-The ability to work as part of a specialist team, combined with the self-motivation required to work with minimal supervision.
-Excellent communication skills and have good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing.
