Description :: 1. Prepare and execute Preventive Maintenance Activities such as scheduled preventive
maintenance checklist, planning and unplanned line stop schedule for all the process
equipment and associated utilities in plant.
2. Document and execute all problem records such as Maintenance Job Requisition Form, Incomplete Job List, Completed Job List and Machine Historical Record for all the process equipment and associated utilities in plant.
3. Request and propose alternative solution on Repair and Maintenance, spare parts and 3rd party maintenance needed requisition by engineers to smoothen maintenance activities.
4. To propose on yearly departmental budget for repair and maintenance, spare parts and 3rd party maintenance requisition.
5. Recruitment activities includes interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching,
mentoring, counseling to ensure consistent application of Employee Guidelines, processes, and procedures. Conducts performance reviews, and holds supervisors and technicians accountable for optimal performance of their responsibilities.
6. To support and fully implement effective ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 – Occupational, Health &
safety System.
7. Any business related responsibilities not stated above.
Requirements :: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
2. Min. 2 years of working experience in heavy industries (for external recruitment)
