- 1) To develop in house or introduce Customer provided test procedure for the Photo detectors, X Ray detectors, Laser diodes, LEDs, Optoelectronic Hybrid circuits and various Optoelectronics Instrumentation.
2) To automate the existing test operations to enhance test coverage , test reliability and efficiency.
3) To setup test equipment as per specific Customer directions & requirements.
4) To validate test equipment and to develop protocols as per statutory requirements.
5) To automate test data collection and to facilitate statistical analysis.
6) Interact with Company’s other Engineering and Manufacturing divisions on Test related issues
7) Liaise with Customers on specific Test Engineering issues.
8) To develop and conduct Test validation protocols.
9) To enhance Test Engineering capability of the company in line with changing Technology requirements and Customer requirements.
10) To investigate and analyze the root cause for yield loss and market returns.
11) To train Test Technicians /Operators. - Requirements :
- Degree in Electronics/ ECE / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Test Engineer in a reputed Electronics Manufacturing Company ground.
Strong Electronics circuit background and in Hardware design.
Conversant with Test Automation using VB , C++ , Lab View, Matlab etc;
Experience FMEA , DOE , SPC Techniques.
