Description :: 1. To assist senior process engineer optimized economical industrial process to make huge range of products, process, fixture & equipment in-charge SMT, MI, MS Box Build, Packaging Line, ultrasonic & laser marking
2. To ensure process fixture equipment achieving organization goals
3. To carry out predetermined work assignment by direct and functional peer group, & resolved the process fixture & equipment, issues to meet production schedule & requirement
4. To produce best in class in product & meet the quality requirement according to IPC standard
5. Work with all the element involved in producing a particular product. This involves overseeing the efficiency & safety of current manufactures processes, as well as developing new process to improve manufacturing efficiency or decrease its costs
6. Assist senior engineer to manage the cost of time consultants of projects to ensure 100% achievement of organization goals
7. Work closely with quality control and product engineer responsible for products, good rapport with other peer to work together to achieve organization goals
8. To create rework flow and rework order accordingly to customer specification & requirement
Requirements :: 1. Bachelor degree in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum of 2 year experience in electronic manufacturing process & working environment
3. Process strong sense of responsibilities & able to work within tight deadline
4. Self motivated, fast learned & a team player with good interpersonal communication skill as well as a positive working attitude
