Description :: 1. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
2. Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager.
3. Work within expense limits established.
4. Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
5. Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program".
6. Coordinate special projects as directed by the Property Manager.
7. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
8. Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
9. Carry pager/cell phone as required for on-call maintenance.
10. Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
Requirements :: 1. Performing Repair Work For All Machine Under His Scope Of Work ; Mechanical,Electrical, Electronic, Pneumatic
2. Trouble Shooting Electrical Fault For Machine Which Is Breakdown
3. Make Sure All Machine Is In Proper Working Order
4. Electrical, Mechanical Certificate
5. Preferable To Have Some Knowledge In CNC & PLC Controller
6. Have Some Experience In Machine Repairing
7. Preferably With Knowledge Of Technical Background
8. Fresh Graduate Are Are Encourage To Apply
