Description :: 1. Responsible for the root cause analysis on the problematic product, issue Failure Analysis Report, advice corrective action and propose improvement plan.
2. Communicate with Customer on the product design related issue and propose design change solution.
3. Work with Production and Quality to solve process and product related problem, Propose permanent solution and ensure corrective action is implemented correctly.
4. Support test yield and propose yield improvement action.
5. Conduct Customer return (RMA) root cause analysis
Requirements :: 1. Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
2. At least 4 years of working experience in product failure analysis of electronics or electrical products.
3. Familiar with failure analysis tools and equipment such as Analog and Digital Oscilloscope, Agilent Multimeter, Spectrum Analyzer…etc.
4. Excellent in technical report writing
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
