Description :: 1. Prepare inspection plan and inspection requirements based on drawing.
2. Train molding inspectors on how to measure parts.
3. Verify measurement and cosmetic requirements of parts.
4. Arrange for containment actions (sort / rework / scrap) and re-inspection after soft / rework.
5. Receive CAR from production, discuss, record and follow up corrective actions implementation and effectiveness.
6. Discuss and verify FA measurement with FA Engineer / Technician.
7. Arrange and monitor molding inspectors and disciplines.
8. Involve in molding trial run and buy off.
9. May assign to buy-off parts at tool maker's site.
10. Monitor and improve molding QA performance (QDMS)
Requirements :: 1. Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
2. Know-how to use basic instruments such as weighing machine, caliper, micrometer, height gage, dial gage, CMM & Smartscope.
3. Trained in GD & T or have experience in performing molded part FA
4. Trained in SPC or have experience in SPC (plan and analyse)
5. At least 2 years experience in molding QA.
6. Able to use MS Office
