- - Sustain the Aluminum wedge bondor or Copper wire or CU ball bond process, evaluate, characterise and optimise.
- Work independently in improving wirebond process yield and quality through systemic six sigma problem solving methodlogy.
- To drive process development.
- To support New Product Introduction and Engineering build request - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Must be stastistically sound and familiar in running DOE, perform characterization and optimization study. Familiar with JMP is an advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior/Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent. Job role in Process Engineer or equivalent.
