- - To provide prompt service and support related to system setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of vision inspection machine at customer premises in Malaysia or overseas.
- To develop and improve on customer support's plan and build good customer relationship. Follows through with all aspects of each customer's service job. Facilitates delivery of 100% satisfaction to every customer ensuring repeat business for the company.
- Feedback and work with internal team on quality and design related issue. - Requirements :
- - A recognized Diploma/ Degree in Science and Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science / Computer Studies or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in customer service and support for machine vision inspection (AOI, AXI)
- Knowledge of techniques in system set-up, buy-off, principles, tools and instruments involved in the production and use of precision technical plans, drawings and models.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Flexible, responsive, able to work long & irregular hours if required.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
