Description :: 1. Implement and monitor the whole project Óow (M&E services).
2. Perform a key role in project planning and identification of resources needed.
3. Develop the objective / goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
4. Monitor site progress.
5. Monitor subordinated and contractors works.
6. Coordinate with other parties involved in this project (Architecture, C&S, ID and etc).
7. Follow up with all local authorities.
8. Prepare overall monthly projects reports.
9. Conduct site meetings
Requirements :: 1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post
2. Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
3. At least 5 years of M&E working experience at site (preferable high rise building-Compulsory, will be added advantages)
