Description :: •Design, develop and introduce new OptoCoupler products/packages.
•Plan, lead and manage projects to meet set timelines and budget targets.
•Evaluate, analyze and implement new processes, materials, designs and cost improvements to enhance competitive edge of the company.
•Close coordination with supporting teams to introduce highly robust products.
•Source and procure materials/tools/equipment needed to construct prototype and production volume ramp-up
Requirements :: •Minimum 3 years’ experience in semiconductor assembly or related field.
•Candidates with Product or Package Development and/or Test & Process experience in EOL assembly will have added advantage.
Education :

•Degree or Master Degree in Material /Mechanical /Electrical /Electronic Engineering.

Skills Required :

•Hands-on knowledge of using design software like ACAD, including 3D.
•Project management.
•AEC-Q requirements.
•Cost and Financial analysis knowledge.
•Self-motivated, initiative and achievement orientated.
•People management & Leadership skills.
