- • To carry out preventive electrical/mechanical maintenance and repair work on facilities & equipments,
• Provide first line simple troubleshooting
• Escort and supervise contractors
• Ensure all office buildings facilities & equipments are regularly maintained and air-con units serviced periodically,
• Any other ad hoc maintenance or repair work
- Requirements :

• Possess relevant experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance, air-con servicing, building maintenance, and or renovation work
• Hands on approach and willing to handle multiple tasks
