Description :: •Manage operations productivity improvements, maximize equipment and material utility level so as to achieve targeted optimum product, yield and quality
•Identifying root cause, analysis and troubleshooting of all production related issues
•Organize and compile all necessary production related information and data so as to facilitate better analysis for productivity improvements
•Responsible in organizing, leading and motivating a team of production team to meet and exceed set standards
Requirements :: •Candidate preferably possess a Degree in Polymer Science / Chemistry / Engineering or good in technical process
•ISO compliance procedure and standard is preferred
•Preferably 1 or 2 years working experience will be an advantages
•Fresh graduates with Diploma / Degree in Science field are also encourage to apply
•Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and possess good analytical problem solving skills
