Description :
Perform design work for oil and gas project
Concrete and steel design work covers 3 design phases, namely Conceptual Design, Front End Engineering Design(FEED) and Detail Design during execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction(EPC) contract.
Conceptual Design or FEED will also carry out during bidding of EPC contract.
Carry out design and interface with Drafter/Designer to deliver drawings at each design phase.
Develop spreadsheet, prepare and issue design calculation report and drawing in accordance with client specification.
Interface with other engineering disciplines and Project Engineer to obtain information for civil design.
Carry out design work in accordance with Department or Project Specific Working Procedure. 
Requirements :
Concrete and Steel structure design experience using AISC, ACI, British and Eurocode.
Able to analyze structures using finite element software, i.e. STAADPRO
Able to develop spreadsheet for Structural design, prepare design report and drawing.
Able to estimate quantity for concrete and steel work.
Prefer design experience in design and build contract.
Geotechnical Engineer with concrete work and structural design experience will also be considered.
Site experience in oil and gas project.
Prefer Professional Engineer registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia.
