- •To provide leadership in managing school, new programme development and management; and ensure availability of school resources.
•To ensure conducive teaching and learning environment is provided to students.
•To ensure quality academic services that produce quality graduates which meets the industry expectations and work towards zero attrition.
•To be responsible for daily operations in the school.
•To provide support and leadership in development, implementation and assessment of programmes.
•To lead and support development efforts in teamwork, cross disciplinary work among staff.
•To recommend and develop new programmes in the school.
•To drive and support school in achieving KPIs to ensure process and/or events are implemented and executed within the
•approved framework and set timeline.
•To plan and arrange extra-curricular activities and visits in the school.
•To lead the school mentoring system to ensure minimal student attrition.
•To perform any other responsibility as assigned by the Management.
- Requirements :
- •Preferably candidate possess at least a Master's Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
•Preferably 5 year(s) of working experience in the management level is required for this position.
•Preferably Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
•Proficiency in written and spoken English.
