Description :: •To perform Engineering Maintenance activities – breakdown repairs, planned maintenance, overhaul, etc.
•To ensure the Department’s KPIs are achieved.
•To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for Line Performance including repairing details.
•To implement 5S and housekeeping for Engineering Maintenance Department.
•To contribute to the improvement of Line Performance through suggestions and execution of plans.
Requirements :: Experience with PLC control logic, robotics and any industrial automation hardware / software related to the manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of blueprints, schematic drawings, and other drawings in an industrial establishment to determine work procedures.
Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina is an added advantage.
