Description :: •Maintain and repair equipment such as AS/RS System, conveyor and control systems as well as power equipment
•Daily operational support of AS/RS System and conveyor
•Carry out preventive maintenance programs for all machines and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient operation
•Comply with all relevant local legislation and standards, to include but not limited to OSHA, MSDS Standards and ISO procedures
•Troubleshoot equipment in the field and the workshop
•Replace worn components before mechanical or electrical breakdown occurs
•Train other technicians, share knowledge and advise on improvements
•Maintain and take periodic inventory of parts, materials and components
•Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area including clear access ways and safety signs
•Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Management from time to time
Requirements :: •ITE with NITEC or higher NITEC education
•Working experience in the manufacturing sector is desirable
•Minimum 2 - 5 years of related working experience
•Knowledge in powered and hydraulic or pneumatic drive systems, including pumps, motors, etc.
•Good working experience in HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment
•Knowledge in service management
•Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
