Description :: •Responsible for manage the day to day operation of overall accounting & financial activities.
•Ensure timely and accurate Financial & Management report & auditing report.
•Provide financial information to management.
•Responsible for collection of receivable and arrangement of payables.
•Liaison with auditors, company secretary, tax agent and Government officials for statutory reporting and tax incentives.
•Prepare and post journals and revise financial statements for month end closing.
•Prepare reconciliation schedules for balance sheet accounts.
•Provide analysis for Business unit Profit and Loss statements in timely manner.
•Prepare forecast for business units.
•Prepare and manage budget & cash flows forecasts including financial analysis to improve overall financial performance.
•Prepare the company's financial system for GST compliance.
•Monitor closely with the tight submission deadlines.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
•Computering skills in MS Excel, Word & Power Point.
•Self Motivated, Independents and with high degree of responsibilities.
