Description :: •Carry out purchasing duties and process all purchase requisition assigned and received.
•Negotiate for best purchasing in terms of quality, price, payment terms, delivery & services.
•Prepare and ensure timely reporting for all the purchasing activities.
•Maintain complete updated purchasing records of suppliers, materials, prices & inventories.
•Coordinate with supplier to ensure on-time delivery of material to production.
•Manage and handle product management and sourcing tasks of assigned products, including packaging requirement.
•Identify and deliver continuous savings through effective communication with suppliers.
•Coordinate deliveries with logistic department and product quality with QA department.
Requirements :: •Degree in any discipline but preferably in Business Administration, Purchasing or Marketing.
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience, preferably in product management, purchasing, supply chain, marketing, customer service or administration.
•Familiar with importation, foreign purchases and shipment handling.
•Good communication skill in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
•Result oriented, energetic, proactive and able to work independently.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Klang,Selangor.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
