Description :: •To work closely with the HR department head on all the HR related matters.
•To assist the HR Department on filing and data entry
•Upkeep employee personal files and records.
•To coordinate and administer recruitment activities
•To arrange printing of office documents
•To compile data and statistical information on office expenditure or other related reports upon request.
•To assist in office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, refreshments, etc)
•Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
•Proficient in spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.
•Computer literate.
•Must have high level of confidentiality
