Description :: -Leads the procurement function and oversees all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy,tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services
-Provides leadership and direction to the procurement organization. Manages and develops resources to deliver business partner satisfaction and achievement of overall SoftwareONE business and financial objectives
-Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions for SoftwareONE with suppliers.
-Builds strong relationships with software publisher partners, fostering collaboration and teamwork
-Delivers on cost reduction commitments through the identification, development and execution of
strategic sourcing initiatives
-Supports Sales Organization in strategic situations
Requirements :: • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years working experience in Procurement process and procedures
• Good in co-ordination, interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills, ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills with all divisions and vendors
• Good communication and written skills in English and B. Malaysia
• Able to liaise and negotiate with overseas & local suppliers
• Computer literate
