Description :: 1. To assist in daily accounting operations, such as preparing monthly invoices, debit/credit notes and statements of accounts.
2. To match invoices and ensure all billings are supported with documents and proper authorizations.
3. To follow up with vendors regarding balances and reconcile with vendors statement.
4. To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
2. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and local Chinese dialects.
3. Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel and Accounting system.
4. Responsible and positive working attitude.
